Exchange Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If the product is damaged or defective, you can return soft furnishing, accessories/ decor or other homeware to us within a week of delivery to be eligible for exchange.
All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging or it will not be exchanged.
Please note to and fro shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. Hence you will be required to pay the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
To return an item, visit the Your Orders page, select the “Replace Item” button for the appropriate order and follow the instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs
Furniture products bought online can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damaged product delivery. This needs to be brought to our notice (via phone / email/whats app) within 48 hours from the delivery.

All items in MADE ON ORDER category are considered as “special order” items and are non-cancelable once an order has been submitted to us.

Viva Home is not responsible for variances in shade or textures due to customers screen settings and or expectations.
Viva Home does not, nor its vendors, guarantee exact finish on any product as per the pic as slight variations are normal.
Additionally all manufacturer measurements are approximate. Viva Home is not liable for variances in construction.
